This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ChopTrack for mobile devices that was created by blue-infinity (Switzerland SA).
The application is an internal Chopard application to manage warranties. Download this free application. After registration, you will be able to activate the warranties
of sold watches, jewelries or accessories and obtain an existing warranty details.
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application.
Registration is mandatory in order to be able to use the Application. When you register the mobile application, you provided your first and last names, your email address and the retailer code provided by your shop manager.
We may use the information you provided us (name and email address) to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices regarding the application.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The application gets the sell information such as the product identification and the warranty details.
For Japan only, if the client accept, his personal information are also stored and attached to the sell.
This information is transmitted to the ChopTrack core module which provide your manager with sells reports and to keep trace of his clients so that he can contact them for purchase services or special promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system or application crash reports.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Does the Application has special needs to function properly?
The application need an internet connection, it’s mandatory to transfer real time sells information to ChopTrack central module.
The application also requests an access to your camera for scanning features. If your refuse, you have the opportunity to enter manually the information about the sell.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by not using or uninstalling the Application.
You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
We will retain Automatically Collected information and aggregated data.
If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data (first name, last name, email address) that you have provided via the Application, please contact your manager and he will transfert your request to us under a reasonable time.
Please note that some of the User Provided Data are required in order for the Application to function properly.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information.
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
